Very good customer service. Staff polite and efficient. Decent food menu for convenient in-room or restaurant dining. Room generally well-appointed and high standards of cleaning. Great location - 15 min walk from centre and some nice cafes and architecture very close by. Gym good and breakfast suitably varied for a range of tastes.

This hotel is located just south of Hanoi's famous Old Quarter - in walking distance of it. We were upgraded to a huge room with 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a large bathroom. The room was quiet, cool, and had comfortable beds. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with great variety and a chef to make egg selections. The elevator doors are painted with Vietnamese scenes and each floor has cool artwork.

Very close to downtown Hanoi, and still in a quiet street, the personnel were extremely helpful in arranging commutes and searching for specific needs.

Nice location. Supportive and attentive staffs. Good value of money for 3 hours use.
