Received an upgrade to the grand suite which was a lovely surprise. We arrived around 10pm and they were prepared and waiting for our arrival. It was a great first I introduction to Vietnam. Stayed 3 nights, one we organised and paid ourselves and the other 2 were included in a tour we were doing. They arranged for our belongings to be transferred to the other room without any hassle at all. We were very happy with our stay here.

Very good customer service. Staff polite and efficient. Decent food menu for convenient in-room or restaurant dining. Room generally well-appointed and high standards of cleaning. Great location - 15 min walk from centre and some nice cafes and architecture very close by. Gym good and breakfast suitably varied for a range of tastes.

As first time visitors to Hanoi & Vietnam we loved the location which is very walkable to all tourist places of interest as well as off the beaten track things we found. The breakfasts were excellent and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was excellent and their willingness to help at all times was very professional. We would highly recommend.

This hotel is located just south of Hanoi's famous Old Quarter - in walking distance of it. We were upgraded to a huge room with 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a large bathroom. The room was quiet, cool, and had comfortable beds. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with great variety and a chef to make egg selections. The elevator doors are painted with Vietnamese scenes and each floor has cool artwork.

Great breakfast with a lot of choices of local and western dishes. The have a breakfast bar serving pho and omelets.

Very close to downtown Hanoi, and still in a quiet street, the personnel were extremely helpful in arranging commutes and searching for specific needs.
